We focus on homes priced under €100,000. The asking price is included with each listing. Purchase taxes, legal fees, renovation and other costs are separate and should be checked with the realtor and a qualified local adviser.
Where are the homes located?
We search across Italy — from lakes and hilltop villages to the countryside and the coast. The regions vary with each weekly selection.
Can I contact the realtor directly?
Yes. Realtor contact details are included, so you can ask questions and arrange a viewing directly. CoFunding curates homes; it is not the selling agent.
